Yes! Our free plan is simple: no credit card is required. You can send up to 50 files per month and proof all file types. The primary limitation is that we do not allow white-labeling.
Currently, we only accept credit cards that are charged on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
You will have full access to all of the information in your account, however, your account will become suspended. You will no longer be able to send new files. All automatic emails will stop at this time.
Yes, your customer success representative will make sure you and your team are ramped on Ashore, and can be available for additional training and support.
