Ashore Announces Four New Features

March 8, 2021 | Product News

March 8, 2021 | Georgetown, TX — Ashore App is excited to announce the release of several new features designed to improve users experience and streamline functionality for users. These new features include new proof settings, proof archiving and new tagging capabilities.

While Ashore already has quite a few options available to users when they create a proof, two new features will offer even more customization during proofing.

First, by toggling on Block Commenting After Decision, approvers will be prevented from making new comments after they submit their approval decision.

The other new proofing setting, Limit Version Visibility, will prevent approvers from viewing proofs sent to other workflows stages when toggled on.

Beyond these new customizations, Ashore users also now have the ability to archive proofs. When you archive a proof, you will turn off and hide proofs from your view without permanently deleting files or data.

Finally, we’ve introduced Advanced Tag Filters. Now, users can create folders using your tags to facilitate better organization, and filter your proof library by multiple tagging combinations.

“These new features will allow users to run their proofing process faster and smoother than ever before,” explains Cody Miles, Founder of Ashore. “We want to give creatives as much control and flexibility as we can through our software, and with new capabilities like Advanced Tag Filters and Proof Archival, we do just that.”
