Captain’s Log | December 2018

December 21, 2018 | Product News

Ashore is rounding out the year with a few new features.

This month, we launched a new feature called “Checklists.” Checklists allow you to require your approvers to e-sign on any number of requirements BEFORE they can approve a proof. For example, if you are a print company, you can now ask your approvers to acknowledge that they’ve checked for spelling and grammar. Get started by creating your checklist on the Account tab!

We’ve also launched a beta version of HTML proofing! Upload your HTML files just like any other file, and your approvers will be able to leave comments on your HTML documents. This is especially great if your company is sending email campaigns for review!

Finally, we wanted to remind our users that Ashore’s pricing will be changing on January 1st, 2019, but you still have time to lock in the current pricing for life if you sign up before then.

From the whole Ashore crew, we want to wish our users a happy Holiday Season and a Nautical New Year!
