Ashore App is thrilled to announce the release of a groundbreaking new feature: Live Web Proofing. With this new feature, approvers can review and comment on live websites at various screen sizes, streamlining website development and review by removing the guesswork from feedback.
How It Works
To use Live Web Proofing, Ashore users simply:
- Embed the tracking code script onto the website they want to review.
- Paste the site URL into Ashore.
If the tracking script is missing, Ashore will notify the user and provide step-by-step instructions for embedding it correctly. Once the proof is created, approvers can navigate the site as usual and toggle commenting on or off to leave contextual feedback.
Review Across Screen Sizes
Approvers can view a website at different pixel widths to see how it displays across devices:
- X-Small (<576px)
- Small (≥576px)
- Medium (≥768px)
- Large (≥992px)
- Extra Large (≥1200px)
- Extra Extra Large (≥1400px)
Comments are tied to both a specific point on the page and the selected screen width.
