Ashore App is excited to share several new features designed to further enhance performance and ease-of-use throughout the proofing process. These updates include expanded custom checklist capabilities, single sign-on with Google accounts, and a redesigned proof timeline.
“Since Ashore started, we’ve been committed to helping the high-velocity creative,” explains Cody Miles, CEO and Co-Founder of Ashore. “Today, that high-velocity creative works in larger groups with more complex requirements. The changes we’ve put forward reflect this evolution of work.”
Expanded Custom Checklist Capabilities
Previously, Ashore users could only create a single checklist applied to all proofs across their account. Now, users can:
- Create multiple custom checklists
- Apply them to individual workflow stages
- Assign different checklists to different groups of approvers
- Set a default checklist that’s automatically applied until a different one is specified
This flexibility allows teams to meet unique requirements at every stage of the approval process.
Google Single Sign-On (SSO)
To break down barriers to collaboration, Ashore now supports Google SSO.
Instead of remembering another set of credentials, users can log into Ashore using their Gmail account, making the login process faster and more secure.
Redesigned Proof Timeline
The proof timeline has been reimagined to give users greater visibility during the proofing process. For each proof, users can now easily see:
- Where it’s at in the approval process
- The status of each workflow stage
- The decision each approver gave every file
- Which checklist items were acknowledged
- And much more
This redesigned dashboard centralizes all proof-related data into a clear, easy-to-read view.
Streamlined Automation Page
Now that Checklists are tied to Workflows, Checklists, Workflows, and Email Templates can all be found together on the Automation page, providing a more streamlined experience when setting up processes and communications.
“Our mission is to make collaboration accessible to everyone,” says Miles, “and we accomplish that by anticipating the needs of our users and solving them upfront.”
