With this new feature, users can now associate multiple proofs with a single job, keeping related projects, client feedback, and revisions all in one place.

What is Job Tracking?

The new Job Tracking tool allows users to create and manage jobs, each with its own set of proofs, collaborators, and milestones. Within a job, users can:

  • Associate multiple proofs with a single job Keep all related proofs organized under one umbrella project.

  • Assign start and end dates to track timelines Set clear deadlines and monitor project schedules.

  • Add tags for easy organization and filtering Quickly find and sort jobs using custom tags.

  • Associate other users to collaborate on and receive notifications for jobs Keep your team in the loop with automatic updates.

  • Monitor progress with customizable job statuses Track projects with built-in statuses (Not Started, In Progress, Done, and Cancelled) or create your own custom statuses to match your workflow.

  • Comment and provide updates on jobs Centralize communication and keep everyone informed.
