Ashore App is excited to announce the release of several new features designed to improve user experience and streamline functionality. These updates include new proof settings, proof archiving, and advanced tagging capabilities.
New Proof Settings
While Ashore already offers many options for creating proofs, two new features give users even more customization during proofing:
- Block Commenting After Decision – When toggled on, approvers will be prevented from making new comments after submitting their approval decision.
- Limit Version Visibility – When toggled on, approvers will be restricted from viewing proofs sent to other workflow stages.
Proof Archiving
Ashore users can now archive proofs. Archiving turns off and hides proofs from view without permanently deleting files or data, helping keep your workspace clean and organized.
Advanced Tag Filters
With Advanced Tag Filters, users can:
- Create folders using tags for better organization
- Filter the proof library by multiple tag combinations
“These new features will allow users to run their proofing process faster and smoother than ever before,” explains Cody Miles, Founder of Ashore. “We want to give creatives as much control and flexibility as we can through our software, and with new capabilities like Advanced Tag Filters and Proof Archival, we do just that.”
